Client / Employee Portal
We worked with a law firm to design and develop an Online Portal where Employees and Clients can exchange information and communicate in one place.
Admins can securely send documents to clients for signature or information only. Clients can login and view all pertinent documents to their matters and sign documents and send in required documents.
Clients can easily submit their receipts through portal and keep track of all the expenses. Admin can generate reports based on all submitted expenses and consolidate them for matters.
To streamline email corresponding process, we built internal messaging system between staff and clients.
Staff can now make appointments on behalf of the customer and send him a reminder.
